The problem

Nobody buys what they don't understand.

Zeroo had built something genuinely new — a shared equity platform that could get Australians into homes they couldn't otherwise afford. The challenge wasn't the product. It was that shared equity is complicated, unfamiliar, and easy to distrust. Their target audience kept hitting the same wall: confusion before conversion.

The category is full of financial services content that talks at people, not with them. Nobody was putting the founders on camera to answer the hard questions directly. That was the gap.

The approach

Put the founders on camera. Let them answer everything.

What started as a personal branding shoot became something more useful. On one day, on one location, we captured a full suite of founder portraits for PR and launch collateral — and a series of FAQ videos built around the exact questions Zeroo's audience was already asking. One shoot. Multiple outputs.

No actors. No voiceover. No polished corporate explainer. Just the founders, on camera, speaking plainly about how their platform works. The kind of content that builds trust before a customer ever fills out a form.

The result
